Arrive in Bali
Come into the Mr Ink Bali studio to finalise your design, size, placement and tattoo plan with our artists.

Medical check
Three days before your tattoo, you'll complete a full medical to make sure you're fit for the procedure.

We pick you up from your accommodation and take you to the hospital, where our team of doctors and the Mr Ink crew meet you.

Your tattoo is completed while you're under general anaesthesia, in a hospital environment with a professional medical team.

After your tattoo you're monitored and given something to eat, and we make sure everything is OK before heading back.

Please note: design restrictions
Geometric and mandala designs can't be done with this procedure. Several artists work on you at the same time, and small imperfections can occur, so we can't guarantee perfect results for those styles. Our artists will happily talk you through options in the studio.

How much does a sleep tattoo cost?
Cost varies depending on time and tattoo design. You're only charged for the time you're actually under anaesthesia. DM us on Instagram (or WhatsApp) with your idea for a quote.
How do I feel when I wake up?
Clients generally tell us they wake up feeling better than before, thanks to the medicine and fluids given before you wake, which help make sure your body is handling everything well. So far, all our clients have been great, and they've gone out for dinner the same night.
What if my tattoo goes longer than the time allowed?
We generally quote you longer than needed, and you're only charged for the time you were asleep. Because we can't wake you during the procedure to ask whether you want more time, we plan generously up front.
Will someone be with me through the whole process?
Yes. From design to recovery, our staff are with you through the whole process, so you're in safe hands every step of the way.
Are there any design restrictions?

How long should I stay in Bali afterwards?
We suggest staying in Bali for another 3 days after your tattoo, so you can be sure you're completely fine and our team is nearby if you need anything.
